Summary
http://twoplayfulotters.com/students/abradley.html Summary: Wow what an experience I made it published my Web Site on to the Internet. Cool. I sent the link to my sister and she thinks I am educated. I am able to make changes through notepad and refresh add and change. My file is stored on a server on the internet when I open it with my web browser the http finds the site. Filezilla transferred the the files to the Internet. I found this process difficult because it is a new assignment. I was happy when the web site appeared. I am happy to have finished and to know the information to create and publish a web site. This was an accomplishment. I followed the directions and learned the rules of ftp stands for file transfer protocol to transfer files from one place to another on the internet. Using ftp is using the internet not the world wide web.

Summary
My recommendation for the type of web site/top-level domain for my topic is .gov because it brought all the top-level domains up and within .com was gov. and .edu included .gov. I found .gov to include student government and when government sites were viewed they were blogs or weblogs. Government site blogs concerned me as they had a bias. I found student voice for education to be concerned with their rights within the plagiarism topic. The subject directories are my favorite. They have a quality I like. I am a student and have learned a wealth of information however I have much more to learn. I feel overwhelmed at the amount of study required to be a full time student. I run out of time. I appreciate the opportunity to become knowledgeable about how to research the internet and the world wide web and tomorrow will bring an even greater knowledge. Thanks.
Web Site #5 (from a subject directory)
Google is the search engine and the strategy http://hanlib.sou.edu/searchtool/index.html Subject Directories; The Scout Report Archives http://scout.wisc.edu/Archives/ [highly recommended for education-related topics, like plagiarism] Keyword search Internet Scout Project. Browse by Library of Congress subject heading Internet plagiarism http://www.plagiarism.org a leading site by educators, March 26, 2004. Title: Plagiarism in the Digital Age: Voices from the Front Lines what is happening in High Schools Now? November 18, 2009. Summary: I was impressed with the Site and the number of articles to pick from. I liked this site. It was factual and sources were great. I found information comprehensive and appropriate from my topic. I would use this site for a resource. I recommend this site.
Web Site #4 (.org)
Google is the search engine and the search strategy is educators plagiarism site:org. http://www.wame.org/wame-listserve. ORI and Self Plagiarism-Site; Educational Credits for Peer Review, Newsletter at http://on.hhs.gov. WAME World Association of Medical Editors; 2010 Teacher page www.caclibrary.org/teacher. Summary: There were facts and sources however this site was not as source comprehensive for my needs. The source was published 2010. I found the study useful.
Web Site #3 (.gov)
Google is the search engine and the search strategy is educators plagiarism site:gov. http://www.ed.gov. The Department of Education: 2010 Current events. Seal of quality and excellence. Save Teachers Jobs. Thursday, May 13, 2010. Secretary Duncan sent a letter to Congress on President Obamas behalf supporting emergency funding to help State and school districts save teachers jobs in upcoming school year. Summary: I was impressed by this site some blog and some official sites. Government referred to student government and state and federal government I think because of the topic plagiarism. This was a informative site and was appropriate and factual with sources.
Web Site #2 (.edu)
Google is the search engine and the search strategy is educators plagiarism site:edu. http://www.nacada.ksu.edu/commissions/col/resources.htm. NACADA Executive office, Kansas State University copyright 1990-2010, Resources-Advising Adult Learners Commission. Plagiarism Site http://www.camexus.com/eve/index.shtm. University and colleges and institutes. The summary; I found edu and gov together in most sites because student government was included. This site had a bibliography however the site was more about education than plagiarism. There was reference to plagiarism and a site to go to. I didn't find this site as appropriate for my topic and not as supportive either.
Web Site #1 (.com)
Google is the search engine and the strategy is educators plagiarism site:com. http://www.kalama.com Title of the article Ethics 101 Cheating, Plagiarism, site evaluation, copyright and your students; sites gathered by Patti Tjomsland; Media Specialist; zimba@kalama.com Mark Morris High School, Longview, WA, Winter 2006, Copyright 2006. Site source provided. Sites listed on Information Teaching Internet Evaluation, and Web Sites that help track down plagiarism. List of resources and Cheat sites. Summary of this site is high I thought the information was of value for teaching. The specialist did a good job on the site. There were excellent site sources available for reference. The author's credentials were there the information was factual and main points were there. The information supported my topic and all material was relevant and the date is appropriate for the topic. The source was published in 2006. I liked this site.

For research question 1. Is plagiarism the same as copyright infringements? I would use a Dictionary for specific definitions to compare plagiarism and copyright infringements and a subject encyclopedia because they would be the most useful for definition.
For research question 2. What is the difference between scientific fraud and honest error? I would use a Dictionary of American History for the example and experiences of events included in the source and a science encyclopedia because they would be beneficial for specific example in the science area.
For research question 3. What is the most common definition of Plagiarism? I would use an encyclopedia of science technology and ethics for the most accurate definition and a subject encyclopedia because they would produce the definition.

Summary
Summary: The research journal study unit using the Clark College Library's deep web has been informative. I did not realize the wealth of information available for research. The difference between Gale Virtual Reference Library and other deep web library's compare to Wikipedia and free web is the creditability. The subject or topic would also make a difference. Subject encyclopedias are quantity and quality compared to open web encyclopedia. The databases are either free or stored protected. A licence is required for deep web. Using this blog for a research journal has been informative. The experience academic and the directions were clear. The development of Blog and knowledge of deep invisible web created a desire to learn more on the subject. I appreciate this opportunity.
